I’ve been doing PT with Rachael for about 6 months now and it’s been the best decision I’ve ever made! I’ve always hated going to the gym but Rachael’s helped me feel so much more confident when going! The support group has helped motivate me each week and massively helped through lockdown doing home work outs. I’m now nearly 10kg down and 34 inches lost and couldn’t have done it without Rachael’s weekly support keeping me on track and still allowing me to have the odd treat!!
Before starting with Rachael I was the heaviest in weight I’ve ever been and had 0 confidence. Rachael has educated me on numerous things such as teaching me what a calorie deficit is and how to make this work. She has also taught me how important it is that we must fuel our body with food. I feel she has taught me so much nutrition wise and I am actually eating more than what I was before! Rachael motivates me so much to get my steps in every week and sets me challenges on a number of workouts to do on my days off. Rachael has different plans to suit everyone differently and takes into consideration the jobs and lifestyles we live aswell to suit our plan. She motivates me every PT session to do the best I can. In the space of 7 weeks I have lost 10 pounds with Rachael and notice a massive difference when looking at my comparison photos. She also runs a group for ladies who want to join and it is such an amazing group, so much content on it to keep us all motivated such as work outs, meal ideas and a Q&A every week. Thank you so much Rachael for being such a great PT, you are always just a message away if we need any help and you have made this journey exciting for me while keeping me motivated everyday!
I have been working with Rachael for the last 14 months and she’s taught me so much in that time. She’s helped me become more confident within my body, weight/shape and helped build exercise into my daily routine. Her classes are engaging and everyone is so friendly, just be prepared to not be able to walk the next day haha. She’s so understanding when life gets in the way and wants to help in every way she can. I love Rachael’s approach to life, food and daily exercise; it’s not a diet but a lifestyle change and we can still eat the things we want to just in moderation. Rachael has really helped me with my weight loss journey by always being supportive, consistent and keeping me motivated. Although it wasn’t easy, she reminded me that we’re in it together! She’s gave me tips, recipes, work outs, goals as well as being a friend. She’s shown me that working out and calorie counting doesn’t have to be boring or restrictive and that we can still enjoy ourselves while adapting to a different life style.
I started with Rachael when I was in a really rough place physically and mentally. She managed to talk me round and get me to come along to PT and classes. I started with a 6 week challenge and what can I say, truly life changing. Rachael introduced things slowly allowing me to get back a healthy relationship with food and exercise and help me appreciate it. Throughout my training I never saw the number change much on the scales which to most would seem disheartening but no the inches kept dropping and the smile and confidence grew every single week without fail. Rachael altered my training and nutrition to suit me and was more than understanding of life and impacts on this. The classes were amazing both before and during lockdowns they are the most welcoming and friendly environment where all who join support each other. I have been totally converted to changing my lifestyle and not just focus on what size my clothes are or the number on the scales. Rachael is truly one of a kind and would more than recommend.
I took part in Rachaels 30 day shred last January and OMG it was the best experience and results were AMAZING! 6kgs and 14 inches lost!!! I have continued to be part of her group since then and the knowledge and information I have learnt has been fantastic. I joined her Quarantine Queens group and it's best £9.99 l can spend a month. Over the last couple of years I have struggled with some health issues, which resulted in me not being able to exercise. After finally getting treatment and surgery that worked I decided to contact Rachael to see if she could help me get back into the gym. (I was clueless with using weights in the gym). 5 months later I am 10lbs down. Throughout these difficult months Rachael has been my biggest supporter. She has not only helped me with my physical health she has helped with my mental health and keeping me grounded and on track when I’ve been having a bad week. We agreed that I wanted a long term goal to reach and I am over the moon with my progress so far. (I have learnt the numbers on the scales aren’t everything). I can not wait to continue my fitness journey with Rachael and see even more amazing results.
I have been working with Rachael now for a couple of years I can not recommend her enough. Rachael is so hard working, supportive and really helps to keep me motivated. As well as supporting me on the lead up to my wedding last year and making sure I felt amazing on the day Rachael has also been brilliant during lockdown. When it could of been so easy for me to give up during these difficult times Rachael kept me going with her ongoing support and online support group. I started training with Rachael 6 months ago. In that time I have learnt so much about training and my diet. Her plan and advice are personally tailored and adapted each month. She’s made my plan flexible and easily adaptable. She’s always there for support or a chat and is the biggest motivator. Her online group is amazing for meal tips, workouts and encouragement. I have already achieved so much training with Rachael and look forward to continued training, learning and reshaping!
Loved doing Reshape with Rachael. Helped me learn about different foods and that I was able to still have things I enjoy whilst being in a calorie deficit. I did PT with Rachael too and it was the highlight of my week workout wise! Not only was the workout great, but she was lovely and friendly too! I felt I could approach her with any questions I had!
