Baby Bootcamp
These sessions have been specially designed for people who have an interest in personal training but don’t want to go it alone. Each session is changed up every week targeting different muscle groups, with a combination of resistance training and circuit training. A great way to meet other people and get fit and confident in a gym environment. Suitable for all levels of fitness.
Don’t have childcare, don’t worry, bring them with you! Baby bootcamp is a gym-based class you can bring your baby too. This workout class is designed to help women achieve a strong, healthy and happy body postpartum. Each session the workouts will vary but each workout is designed to build strength, increase fat loss, tighten up your core and reshape your body and mind. Your little one can either sit in their pram, play with our toy box or join in with the fun! We also fully support breast feeding so if you need to take a little time out to see to your little one that is completely fine, you can join back in once you're ready! This class really is a life savour for new mums who struggle to get to the gym so we do our best to make it as enjoyable and stress free as possible for you! **on the timetable baby bootcamp is joined in with the Monday, Tuesday and Thursday morning classes**
* Please note: it's essential you've had your 6 week postnatal check or 12 weeks if you've had a c-section. You are also solely responsible for your child during the class.

Quick 30 min HIIT class that will leave you feeling great!

We change it up each week from circuits, cardio or tabata is usually a favourite.
In tabata each round is only 4 minutes long – 20 seconds exercise, 20 seconds rest. We do a total of 5 – 8 rounds. A great workout to build your stamina and making cardio FUN!
This class is sometimes filmed LIVE on my Facebook support group, you won't be filmed, just myself as I will be teaching it in person and online together!
Reshape FitCamp
Focus on increasing your cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance alternating between weight training and cardio with this high intensity workout. Taking a full body approach, we work through every major muscle group to tone, define and strengthen. Put your metabolism into overdrive and rapidly burn fat.
