Hi ladies, I’m Rachael and my goal is to help you live a happy and healthy lifestyle, while growing your confidence.
I am a qualified personal trainer, nutritionist and certified menopause support coach, allowing me to help you become the woman you deserve to be, through fitness, nutrition and mindset.

I truly believe every woman deserves to feel confident in their own skin, so my coaching methods focus on improving your overall health, mindset and body confidence, in line with your individual physique goals. I believe that your journey to reaching your ‘dream body’ shouldn’t be one full of sacrifices, self-doubt and misery, so I educate my clients on how to LIVE life to the fullest, realise their potential and ENJOY every step of their journey. Body positivity for me is about loving and appreciating the body you have, whilst working towards the body you want!

PREMIUM PROGRAMME
My top level programme, which is for those who are looking to truly transform their lifestyle and are committed to make that change for good. Together we will work deeply together to make sure you are living the life you are worthy of.

2 x monthly 60 minute in-depth coaching call to discuss all your needs, wants, struggles and goals. Depending on your areas of focus, each session may run slightly differently and some may also include ‘homework’ for you to work on. Together we will take a step by step approach with easy to implement action points. This will be a real bonus time for us to work through everything you need to help you reach your goal.

Weekly check in form for accountability to allow us to work through your programme together, with in-depth video feedback.

In-depth nutrition coaching to support you to a healthier lifestyle and in-line with your goals. Food diary analysis, optional meal plan example to give you ideas, although, nutrition education and support, you individual macronutrient targets will be tailored to you and your goals.

This programme is designed for those who are looking to improve their fitness and health, without the in-depth nutrition coaching. I am a certified menopause support coach working alongside the incredible Adele Johnston - The Menopause Coach. Together we help women to improve their menopause health and reclaim your identity without the menopause taking over.

Fitness Classes
Work with me in-person by coming along to my classes! We are not like any other gym class where you just come, join in and leave. We chat, we laugh, we get to know one another and really become good friends! We are much more of a community than just a gym! Classes are suitable for all abilities - beginners to intermediate to advanced, you can go at your own pace and adapt any exercises necessary with my support and guidance.

We currently have 12 classes per week which you can join for just £30 per month.

All of our classes vary in style but the goal remains the same – for you to exercise in an environment that makes you feel safe + comfortable, learn how to exercise properly with expertise advice and leave feeling absolutely fabulous!

We run a mum and baby fitness class 3 times per week so you don't need to worry about childcare if you want to get a workout in!

We have an incredible astroturfed out-door area to use all year round, although we tend to stay inside Oct-Mar as its cold/wet!!
